Hi, I'm Liz!
It's Nice To Meet You

About Me

I am a junior (graduating Dec 2021) at the University of Michigan studying Computer Science Engineering.

Outside of academics, I love to read (mostly fiction), bake (anything from cookies to breads to danishes), watch and play sports (always my Michigan Wolverines)!

Data Analysis

I used my statistical knowledge, Microsoft Excel, and C++ to work with survey data to help the College of Engineering predict course enrollment, interest in major, and career possibilities of the incoming class of engineers.

This Website!

I used bootstrap and github to create this website. I taught myself some basic HTML and CSS through online videos and tutorials.

EECS 280: Programming and Introductory Data Stuctures

Techniques and algorithm development and effective programming, top-down analysis, structured programming, testing, and program correctness. Program language syntax and static and runtime semantics. Scope, procedure instantiation, recursion, abstract data types, and parameter passing methods. Structured data types, pointers, linked data structures, stacks, queues, arrays, records, and trees.

Hobbies

Volleyball

Throughout high school I played Volleyball and was captain for many years. Now in college, I enjoy playing a pick up game or playing on an intramural team.

Crocheting

During quarantine, I've stayed busy with learning how to crochet! I started out with little animals, and now I'm working on a large blanket.

Baking

I LOVE to bake. Anything from breads to cookies to savory pies.

Reading

I also love to read! I always try to keep a book with me at all times. My favorite author is Ruth Ware.
